		<description>Dear Manager,

(If you are not in charge of this please transfer this email to your President or appropriate person, thanks)

We are a Network Service Company which is the domain name registration center in Shanghai, China. On Aug. 4, 2011, we received an application from Hanxing company requested &quot;tg-kunststoff&quot; as their internet keyword and China (CN) domain names. But after checking it, we find this name conflict with your company name or trademark. In order to deal with this matter better, it&#039;s necessary to send email to you and confirm whether this company is your distributor or business partner in China?

Kind regards

Dear Sirs,
We are Hanshin company based in Chinese office. We will register the &quot;XXXXXXX&quot; as internet keyword and CN internet domain names. We have handed in our application and are waiting for Mr. Tony Wang&#039;s approval. We think this name is important for our products in Chinese market. Even though Mr. Tony Wang advise us to change another name, we will persist in this name.
Best regards

Mal sehen was David gerne haben möchte ;-)
Dann setz ich ihn auf die Blacklist...

Danke für den Blog!

		<description>Dear CEO/Manager,

We are a Network Management Organization that primarily deal with the protection of trademark and company name. On Dec. 1, 2010, we received a formal application from your local company related to the “XYZ” usage. After our initial investigation, we found your company has been using this keyword. We think it maybe cause great conflict and confusion on the Internet to you both if we accept the application from the third party before we did not get any ideas from your company. For a responsible attitude, we temporarily put off their application and tell you about it in no time. We look for your company’s opinions. If not received any comments from your company, we will complete all the registration for the third party soon. Look forward to your response as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
