Domain Nepper – China Net Technology Limited

    – Asia Domain Name Registration Limited
    – wjyfyj.net
    – Intellectual property rights (TO CEO)
    – Viva International Holdings Ltd

What a load of bullshit.

    official price: 110.20 EUR/Per Year

Weiss jamend was darüber?

Was bekommt man für 110 Euro pro Jahr?

    Dear CEO,
We are a professional domain name registration organization in Hong Kong, which is mainly responsible for domain name registration and dispute. We have some points need to confirm with your company on your company’s intellectual property right on Internet. On Jul 29, 2008, we received an application formally. One company named „Duoqike International Holdings Ltd.“ wanted to register the following
    Domain names:
    .asia
    .com.cn
    .net.cn
    .hk
    .in
    .jp
    .tw
    .tw
    Internet Trademark:
    <>
During our preliminary investigation, we found that these domain names‘ keyword is identical with your trademark. So we intend to confirm with you if your company consigned them to register through us. If you do not have any idea about this company and has no affiliation with them, we doubt they have other motivation. Now we have postponed this issue and have not proceeded their registration. In order to deal with this issue better, Please let the Principal contact me as soon as possible.

    Best Regards,

@Seed: in short: companies in Europe are getting mails from asian domain registrars which pretend that another company (which is often made up) is trying to register asian domain names which contain brand names. Those mails aim at getting the real brand holders outside Asia to register those domain names themselves, at ridiculously high prices, before the bogus competitor registers them.

    Hello.
We will accetpt the request from the third party after a certain period of time protecting these domain names wh, if you donot lay claim of importance to them. Domain names‘ registration law prescribes that he who registers first will get it first, and we take no responsiblity to any trouble of dispute cause by the alike domain names which you once gave up registering. Please make a quicker decistion. As you are the original owner of the domain name, You still have the prior rights to register if you think you need to do so.Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear Mr.Xu,

    Thanks for your email.
According to your statement,Wellman International Ltd didn’t consign Zhongou Technology Co., Ltd register these domain names! We met such situation before.according to our working experience, there are 2 possibilities.
    1.Zhongou Technology Co., Ltd is a domain name investment company, whose business is to invest a lot of companies‘ domain names, they want to register these names before you and sell back to you in the future to gain profits;
2.It may be a commercial method, Zhongou Technology Co., Ltd is consigned by your competitor to register these domain names, they are trying to replicate your idea and let your customers feel confusion.

The following is a part of related information drew from the datebase of our IT Dept.:

    Domain Name
    wellman-intl.hk
    wellman-intl.net
    wellman-intl.asia
    wellman-intl.net.cn

    wellman-intl.com.hk

    Internet keyword
    wellman-intl

    Registration Time
    5 years

    Contact Person
    Peter Li

    Name of the Company
    Zhongou Technology Co., Ltd

    Address
    Hong Kong

    City
    Hong Kong
    Post Code

    Country

According to the international domain name registration principle, they have right to register the domain names which have not been registered yet. We could only temporarily delay their registration, but we have no right to stop their registration, and just because of this, the Government lately requires us to confirm with the original company before finish the registration for the applicants.Pls let us know whether these domain names are important to you, if you don’t think they are important ,we will complete their registration. But if you think their registration will confuse your clients and harm your profits, pls reply us ASAP.

    Dear CEO,

We are a professional intellectual property rights consultant organization in Asia, who mainly deal with the global domain name registration and internet intellectual property right protection.

Right now we have an important issue to confirm with you. On April 19, 2010, we formally received an application, one company named Zhongou Technology Co., Ltd applied for the internet keyword „Wellman-intl“ and some domain names related to the keyword „Wellman-intl“ with our organization.

During our preliminary investigation, we found that these domain names‘ keyword is identical with yours. I wonder whether you consigned Zhongou Technology Co., Ltd to register these domain names with us? Or is Zhongou Technology Co., Ltd your business partner or distributor in Asia? If you have no relationship with this company, we assume that they have other purposes to obtain these domain names.

Currently, we have already postponed this company’s application temporarily. Therefore please let the relevant person make a confirmation with me as soon as possible.

    Dear CEO/Principal,
I’m sorry to disturb you so abruptly.
This is Mark Wu–Regional Manager of the auditing department of a professional domain name registration and dispute solution organization in Shanghai,China–mainly deals with the global company‘ s domain name and Web Brand registration and internet Intellectual property rights protection in Asia. Currently, we have an important issue need to confirm with your company.

On July 4, 2012, we received an application form from „YunXiang Investment Co.,Ltd“, they are appling for the Web Brand „XYZ“ (Hier stand natürlich unser Domain-Schlagwort) and some relevant domain names through our body.
Now we are handling this registration, and we found that the keyword of these domain names and Web Brand is identical with your company’s. So now we need to confirm a couple of things with you:
    1. If your company consigns „YunXiang Investment Co.,Ltd“ to register these domain names and Web Brand , we will send an application form to them and help them finish the registration at once.
    2. If your company has nothing to do with „YunXiang Investment Co.,Ltd“, they maybe have other purposes to register these domain names and Web Brand . So, before we accept their application, we need to know your opinion about this case.

We haven’t finished the registration of „YunXiang Investment Co.,Ltd“ yet, and we have postponed the application of this company temporarily already. In order to deal with this issue better, please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible within 7 working days.out of the time limit we will unconditionally finish the registration for „YunXiang Investment Co.,Ltd“.
